Ok I bought some fish and they are not getting along.
McCosker's wrasse (look like the Large) 1.5-2'' $35

CB B&W occilaris pair $80 for 2 they are really nice I have had them for a little over a month and there has been no fighting, but they never stray far from each other. Selling because I got my self a mis-bar pair

Mayyooooonnn i need fiishiess i just got my 24 24 20 set up and i need some fisshiess YEEEEPPPEEE wippee ding dong wahoo!! i just got my tank cycled. I got it running for like 5 days, my dryrock looks like it has a lot of algaes though? not sure if i should add some hellfrichi? what is that btw? and do they eat Algae? i have lots of Algae.

im new to the hobby i found this forum and im trying to buy stuff for my new tank 24X24X20 rimless tank its awesome..... but like i said it NEW so i want to buy stuff its done cycling its been 5 days so im ready to buy stuff!!

i try to get my 24 24 20 stocked.
Why can't i put fish in yet? the sales associate at pet-co said that a week is fine. i got a yellow tang? (maybe wrong fish) and he died last night, but.... i think he was sick to begin with. I mean petco's water looked not too good i just thought i could save the feller but looks like i couldnt. He ate some fishy foods though.
Anyways thanks slayer if you got some maybe you can drop them off tomorrow? Let me know

Mmayoon, the reason ur yellow tang died was not from the water buy from YOUR tank! First off you should be housing such a active fish (like any tang) in that size of a tank. The reason u let ur tank CYCLE is to build up bacteria so that it can sustain fish waste and not allow that waste to cause harm to the fish like ammonia poisoning.

Please do not buy any more fish for you tank and let it cycle. There is plenty of information on this site that will give you what u need to know on how to have a successful saltwater tank.

But this Isnt an info thread it's a sales thread. Just please stop buying fish for right now...

rort- well its hard cause i read the forum stuff and talk to my friend who works at pet co and i bought the "live" rock or w.e from the store. why does it need "cycle" if i bought live? i might just hold of on the fish, especially more expensive ones. Thanks for some insight. Ill make a thread on my issues and tank later maybe i can get some hjelp out.
