The bottom one is Cirrhitus pinnulatus but i don't know the first. Does look like a species of goatfish as mentioned though.

The goat looks like a Moana goatfish, Parupeneus multifasciatus. Just guessing. Seems like there's a bit of color diversity within the species.

+1^ the top is definitely a goatfish, you can see the two feelers under the bottom lip. Not sure of the species, I only know of the bicolor and yellow goatfish being commonly available in the aquarium trade
