Fish list

I posted earlier with questions about changing my mixed reef to an aggressive FOWLR, but the post was too many questions and nobody wanted to touch it. I would like to know your opinion on a stock fish list of

- Large Angel (Queen or Emperor)
- Niger Trigger
- puffer (not sure on species yet)
- Snow Flake Eel
- Salfin Tang <------
- sand sifting Goby <--- Currently in tank, not sure if he will be ok with the new more aggressive fish.
My tank is 125 Gal 4x2x2

The only ones I would do in a 125 would be the eel and the goby, but not together. Everything else gets to big.

Your tank is too small for either angel and the tang. The fish get too large, and are big swimmers that would get cabin fever in a 4' tank.

I do like the 4' 100/120/125 footprint tho...love our 100 gal (4' x 2' x 20").

Alrighty then,
The tang is already in the tank. I have had him for about 3 - 4 years.
If none of those fish would work, then what fish list would you guys put in a 4x2x2 Fish only tank?

We keep an adult P. volitans in ours. The 24" depth is great for "turnaround" room.

Maybe a Bluehead or Lunare wrasse? I really want one of these but do not have the setup. Do you like any of the dwarf angels? Maybe a hawkfish? Harlequin bass? You should be able to get away with something like a valentini puffer as long as you do not choose too aggressive tankmates.

I posted a reply with a fish list in your other post - take a look and let me know what you think in this post (since this one is taking over)

Since your tank is 4 x 2 x 2 (and not 6') I would retract my suggestion in your previous post of the Australian harlequin tusk. It is an awesome wrasse, but IMO needs more swimming room. I think my other suggestions would still stand...
