Our Mombasa is in a well-traveled room, and spends a lot of its time swimming in the water column if we're around (AKA "praying to the food gods"). Our radiata is in a room with 4 other lions, and when they see us, they all come over to see if we have any treats. Of the two, the radiata is a bit more "mellow", but eats like a champ.

If you want to try the clowns with medium-bodied lions, the above-mentioned species would be your best shot with a larger clown species such as maroons.

Okay thanks. What do lions eat? So if i get clowns i should get the larger species ones correct?

Lions eat pretty much any crustacean/fish that fits into their mouth, altho hermits are safe, IME.
