Fish Sprinting Across Tank . Why?

I have noticed recently that my Naso Tang has been "sprinting" from one side of the tank to the other. It isnt due to be scared y something outside and it usually does it during feeding. He is sprinting back and forth and turning really qucikly. The breathing seems a little fast as well. Then a few min later he is fine.
Is this something to be concerned about? The fish is usually so calm ...

maybe it thinks it's gained a little weight . what do you expect their stuck in a small glass box with weird creatures looking in at them . they are bored and need something to do and swimming faster is a change from swimming slower. my 2 cents.

Check for stray electrical current.

I use a grounding probe, so i dont think it is stray voltage?
BTW - The tank is 8 feet long and the Naso Tang is probably 10" inches long himself. By far the biggest fish in the tank, so you can imagine what the other fish do when they see him barreling back and forth tossing water around.

I think it is a dominance thing....usually in my tanks the dominant fish darts no matter what that fish is at the time

My PBT darts back and forth when it sees it's reflection in the glass.

My atlantic blue tang swims back in forth in front of the glass whenever someone is near. It's kinda funny as he's trying to scare them away, lol.

Turn on the room lights when he does it to see if it is his reflection that is bothering him, assuming that the room is pretty dark, and the tank lights are on.

Maybe it is the reflection, I'll have to try double checking. I was wondering if it could have anything to do with the fact I have been feeding the fish more. (Got a new, better skimmer and I want to fatten the Tangs up.)
