you're welcome anytime mr. kevin. just keep in mind, 100 polyps look much nicer than 2 - 15 :D

If you want to include Dolphin just give me a call so I can make sure that I am there and give your group the personal tour of everything. We are going to have a huge frag area behind the scenes that would be of interest. And there is always Starbucks next door too :)

^ that's interesting. because when i stopped by the store being taken down a month and a half ago it had a picture of the new place which had a showcase store front. not what i'd expect for a place just maintaining tanks. i wish they would open back up, that place was really nice.

Max is a pretty good friend of mine, I'm not blowing smoke, well... :D

Computer renditions of what could be, is not a given. People change their minds ;) FWIW, service paid for the LFS to keep their doors open, as it does for many LFS across the country.

KMP,

Good question! We are still waiting on the city to give us a final after they slapped another set of male cow feces for us to complete!

If you're in san jose you've got to visit Brian's Fish World, he's a great guy. Started out like most of us, just a dedicated hobbiest, then worked his way through school at the LFS and earned a degree in Marine Biology. He's had his own place for 10 or so years now, and it's pretty nice.

and of course, I second the mention of Dolphin Pet Village, I used to love that place when I lived in the area.

gresham, tell max to open the new place up...i need another excuse to tour bay area stores :D

tyler, sorry to hear that and hope things are sorted out soon.

shiveley, do you have an address/info on brian's fish world?

Brian's Fish World?? I don't know if the guy is nice or not because I've never talked to him but the store suck. I stopped by several times and nothing but ugly/dying coral. The fish are ok (they're still swimming).

Amazon Pet is a much better store. He has more zoa than any stores in San Jose.
