fish "throwing up"

55g QT tank
2 hippos
1 pyramid butterfly
1 spotted cheeck tang
1 achilles tang

all have been in the tank 4+ weeks now. 2 weeks with copper (removed over a week ago) - no signs of ich ever. there are some white "patches" about 3mm wide on some of the fish so I treated half a dosage of Prazipro.

around 5:00pm, all were eating fine. for their 9:00 feeding the achilles didn't eat- he appeared to "hiccup/cough" 4 times and Nori from his prior feeding came out each time. He didn't eat any food this feeding - which is the first time he hasn't eaten. He's still thin from when I bought him - swimming/breathing fine, just didn't show much interest in the food.

0 ammona/nitrite 8.2 pH
