Most of the larger corals I have had for 1 to 3 years and lots have been fragged or trimmed back in a major way. It won't take quite that long:)

I had a large Derasa but after i went BB I had to sale the clam it thump the bottom of the tank so hard i was worrying it will break the glass.
If you don't mine i will post a four year old picture of the tank with the Derasa just let me know if is ok .

No ozone. I ran a UV for about a year and recently took it off mainly for heat reasons.

man that water looks awsome. how much carbon do you go thru? I can't wait to get my tank filled with water. got any pictures of your equipment.

I just use about a cup of Black Diamond changed out every month or so. My MR2 probably helps out quite a bit. Here is the skimmer, please excuse the dirty sump:

I produce about this much skimmate a day(that's about 1.5 liters)
