Well I hit 3 places today and sadly bought nothing
I'm too broke right now... hehehe

Anyways,
Aqualife had some descent corals in and had the usually fish.

CRS was VERY stocked with some VERY nice stuff, I wish I could have afforded some corals cause there was some NICE stuff there!!

and finally YR was running low on corals and fish, but the main display tank is absolutely STUNNING right now!! John said an LA run is in the very near future, so they will be expecting some good stuff soon.

Thanks for the info. Did you happen to see any large Copperband Butterfly (3"+) available at Aqualife?

I did see one that was prolly 2-3" but it was hiding behind a rock, so I didn't get a good look..

I did YR and CRS as well. Jon was so busy I just looked a bit. I overheard him say that it was his busiest week that he can remember, so he was wiped out. He still has some decent looking stuff.

First time in CRS. I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the shop. Although a couple of the fish could use a little tlc. Lots of corals, mainly shrooms and lps. Very little sps. Again, tough to find anything for my little tank. I did pick up a small colony of zoas for 20 bucks.

Thanks Funman1. I went to Excotic today and they still have lots of very nice purple tangs.The pair of Crosshatch triggers are just striking!!If only I had a spare $700 to buy them.

They were about 3-4 inches some maybe a little smaller,I picked up one last week about 4 inches, eating well and seems to be healthy, very nice fish for $50.00.

The PT's at Exotic are very nice....nicest I've seen in a shop in awhile. Exotic also had tons of zoo frags.

JoJo's coral tanks were filled, but a little light on the fish.

Exotic, Coral Reef Shop, Your Reef - for me it's like going to the zoo

Bent employee/owners ears at Exotic and Your Reef. Brian let us in Coral Reef Shop after closing [might have had something to do with Jamie telling us they closed at 6:30 )

Stopped by YR and CRS for the first time ever today. Yeah John seemed a little busy and I bugged him while he was eating. Beautiful display tank makes me all the more anxious to set up my SPS Nano.

The guys over as CRS were very helpful and they had some great looking things.
