It depends on how big the hippo tang is and how long it will be there. If the hippo tang is less than 4", you should be OK with a 20 gallon "long" or a 29 gallon tank for a month or so. Those tanks are 30" long.
If the tang is bigger, it probably won't be happy in less than a 40 or 55 gallon tank even for a few days.
That said, I would sell the hippo back to the store for a fish that is more appropriately sized to your 75 gallon tank. It will never be happy in that small of a tank. You probably will have aggression if you let the flame settle in and then put the hippo back in. Look for a kole or a tomini tang instead.
