Flame angel parasite?

Have flame angel in 10 gallon quarantine for 2 1/2 weeks. First got him saw his fins were a little tattered. Saw him flashing against the pvc couple time. And his face and around gills is pale in comparison to the rest of his body. Treating with second round of prazipro. Eats well, never had a problem with that. After he eats his face gets a little more pale and swims in the air stone bubbles, down vertically. No spots on him anywhere, his fins have grown back. I thought it was flukes. Should I do another round of prazipro. That will be the 3rd? Tank is fully cycled. Test periodically for ammonia.

My suggestion for the 3 rd treatment do a fw dip then place him back in qt and dose prazipro again. Check the dip container for flukes they probably will be very tiny because they have not had time grow. If nothing is present and he keeps scratching do a fourth round of treatment fw dip then dose prazipro.
I had two clowns I just graduated to my DT with the same problem couldn't kill the flukes, the fw dip will kill them every time then dosing the prazipro after is just insurance in case an egg hatches a day or so later
Ps Prazipro and fw dips have to be timed precisely to be effective ad it is salinity temp sensetive most variables will fall on day 6 for fallow up treatment

I’ve heard some strains of flukes could be tough. I will do the fresh water dip and check the bowl. Just weird how the fish flashes and loses a little color right after he eats. Maybe his throat is healing from the flukes, and it bothers him to eat. But at least he is still eating that’s a bonus!

Is it possible that you notice it more at feeding time because you are spending more time watching the fish during this time ? Im just guessing
Cus a don't have an answer for that however you may be right about the irritation to his throat.

I always ask my wife to watch him while I’m at work. Just I had 2 chromis go thru quarantine last year. Had stringy poo. 1 round of prazipro and they were good to go. I tried a flame angel last spring and lost him after about 2 weeks in qt. Don’t want this to happen again. Kinda similar situation. Except after the first round of prazipro, the last flame angel just went downhill fast didn’t make it a couple days after the first dose.
