I've done it and didn't see any aggression between the two so you could be lucky. My longnosed was resident for a year or so before hand and didn't even react to the flame. I would class flames as naughtier as it used to antagonise my female clown but in a playful way, only swimming near her and then perching until she chased it away then it would do a lap of the tank and stop near her again, that continued for a little while which I think may have been a little boredom. I think boredom is actually the issue with these fish and eating things like cleaner shrimp or just playing up. They are quite intelligent (if a fish can be intelligent) and without stimulation, they just get a little naughty in a similar way to a child.
