So a couple weeks ago I posted the following question after a flame angel died without any cause:

Office tank:
Since this time, LA sent me a new replacement larger and healthier flame angel that was eating prime flake and seaweed select on day 1 and continued for 10 days. Last Friday (1 week ago) is the last time I saw the flame eat. This flame angel seems to be heading down the same road as the previous flame angel. Office tank includes two clowns and royal gamma all model citizens. (Tried flake, Rods original, mysis, clam strips). Also, favia, red mushroom, green toadstool, frogspawn and snails doing fine.

There is a small scale on the nose that is up, but it looks like the same color as his skin. The fish just tried scratching it off for the first time today, but the scale has been on his nose for a week.
I did not QT, but I have heard flukes are hard to see.
Any thoughts?
