flatworm exit or something else????

i used flatworm exit about a week ago. killed alot of flat worms i am starting to see more. i heard you could use a vet product for killing flatworms also. what would it be interceptor? which would be better. how do you use the stuff from the vet also?

FWE has worked great for me, just need to dose it and follow instructions on WC's/siphoning FW's afterwards.
Never had ill affects in my tanks from it.

Levasole - sheep de-worming medication. It's a little harder to get now, but it works a lot better than FX.

You need to use FWE more than once. I used it 3 times at 2X the recommended dosage.

all my corals look good still no bad side effects. just have some flatworms still in the tank. i will redose this weekend and do a water change

Most important is to siphon out the dead ones as much as possible, and in fact I try to siphon out as many live ones even before treatment.
I've never had to do it twice myself.
Maybe make sure you are certain on water volume/LR displacement and dosage.
I have seen people say they used stronger dosage than directions indicated, but no exp on that myself.

OT: my dog just chewed up two brand new boxes of FWE :/ luckily she didnt drink them too, just chewed them up to to the point of not wanting to use them.

Just crush up the pill into a powder and add to some RO water, then just add to your sump or display in an area of high flow. The stuff is awesome and works wonders. I've used FWX in the past and the flatties always came back. They didn't come back after using Levasole. Coolest part was - the flatties looked like they got smaller and smaller and smaller, then imploded... LOL! It was awesome!

I'd take your dog to the vet to be on the safe side, then trash the remainder.

Its not always an option, but i have used 6 line wrasses before and they always cleaned up the tank. They (the ones i have had anyways) eat flat worms like spaghetti and meatballs lol.

how many pills do you use i have a 125g plus about 45g sump.
all my fish are out of the tank due to ich. now the worms are coming out and would like to kill all before the fish are back
