flatworms

I have noticed since my wrasse died that I have flatworms. What is the best way to handle this? Does flatworm exit work? Go with another wrasse like a six line? or flatworm eating nudibranch? Thanks guys, never had to deal with these before.

If you do a search, you'll find 1000 threads on getting rid of them. i'd take a look for details. this is probably why you didn't get a quicker response.

the simple answer to your question is yes. do your homework before you dose, as they are toxic when they die and it can kill livestock if you have a lot of them. post pics and ask a lot of questions before you start or the cure may be worse than the ailment.

good luck...

Thanks. I am adding a 6 line wrasse to try to get it before it gets out of hand. What is the best thing to dip corals in before adding them to a new tank to kill them off?
