i have a90 gl with an current outter orbit 48'' m.h fixture it has 2x 150 watt 20k plusrite bulbs (ebay cheapos) & 2x sunpaq 130watt antinics 420/460nm should i run the antinics all day with the m.h bulbs????
this is what i have been doing i turn the antinics on 1hr before the m.h bulbs then run them both lights all day turn of m.h in 8hrs then keep the antinics on for 2 more hrs is this ok
