Flow Ideas For The Cube??

http://www.oceansmotions.com/

I have a 4 way on a Sequence Hammerhead - has worked perfect for 2+ years. I have never removed it and cleaned it either.

How about eductors/penductors, a good pressure rated pump and an actuated ball valve? I have a PanWorld 200ps ran to an actuated ball valve to 2 penductors at a time - total of 4 penductors. It moves water to the end of my 5.5 ft tank like its nothing.

Check out the Oceans Motions 8 way on that site Dave- For big tanks with a closed loop, It's the way to go....

Another vote for the oceans motion, 4 or 8 way, since your tank is a bit larger than average. In the big tank forum, everyone who has used them enjoys them alot.

Alternatively you have have Bogey do the doggie paddle in the tank. I bet he would generate some flow!

Or you could just set up a mag24 with about a 3 ft pipe straight up and run it like a fountain. :D

Those OM 8-ways look pretty sweet...not sure how I would run that off my two 1.5" returns though?

I have a Sequence 4300 supplying water via two 1.5" returns...anyone have ideas on that? Or which version?

dave:confused:

You would put the oceans motions unit before the split to the two returns and then branch the returns through plumbing running on top of the tank to different areas above the tank. Then simply drop lines with ELS just below the surface....

Thanks, Kent! Let me make sure I have this right...put the OM 8-way down below the tank where the 1.5" pipes split to each return...hmmm, this gets complicated for a simpleton pretty fast:lol:

You got it my Sasquachian friend! If you really wanted to get cool with it you could do a OM-4 on the returns and then a closed loop with another Sequence pump and an OM-8 :-P
