Flow in a 29g?

Im trying to keep a well diverse 29g. Im planning to keep Sps in the upper region of the tank and other softies and lps in mid-lower region. Im gonna also be running a halide so light is not my issue. Should i do a close loop flow system which includes a hi-flo(around 900-1000g/hr) pump,Pvc,with about 6-8 tee outlets , 2 - seio620's, or 2 of these new tunze nanostreams? Im just worried about the amount of heat these internal pumps give off. Info?Suggestions?Ideas?and pics of similar set-ups will be appreciated.

Aquaclear 500 and two Maxijet 900's would be great flow. Hardly any internal heat will be generated.
