I have upgrade to a jbj 45 gallon and am wondering how much flow I should have? I keep a mixed reef.
Tank has two returns, and I set each up with a cobalt mj1200 (so total of 590gph right now). How much additional flow should I look to add with powerheads? I plan to use a ocean pulse duo controller to randomize the flow, so would like to split it up between 2 powerheads that are wave maker compatible. Tank dimensions are 26.5 x 21 x 19.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
