flow on my 200 reef

Any recommendations for flow on my 200 reef tank? I've done some reading on the tunze streams, but it is a bit confusing as to exactly which pumps would work best. I need to increase flow, but don't want to kick up the sand bed. I'd also like to be able to control the flow rate, and timing for feeding, night.
Thanks.

O.K. let me make sure I've got it straight:
1-Turbelle Streamkit TS07 (single controller)
1-Turbelle Stream Y-Adapter
1-Turbelle Stream 6000
Not sure if I need an adapter for night mode, or if the conroller button works the units as is? Couln't find any adapter for night mode, am I missing something?
The above set-up will save me almost 350.00 if I don't get the mulitcontroller.
It's unclear to me what extra features the multicontroller has. It mentions," contains an LED moonlight with a 29-day moon phase."
Also, does the multi have more precise control over the adjustments?
Is the single controller enough for a 7'long tank, or would it be smart to have the capacity for more pumps in the future?
(have no desire for a wavemaker box)
Thank you for your time.

One more thing I forgot.
The thickness of my glass tank is 1/2".
Would the smaller Tunze Stream magnet "hold" through that thickness, or would I need the heavy duty magnet?
Thanks

The multicontroller is the way to go, the single controller and y adapter will give you two pumps running the identical flow program. The only way to program two pump so they are synchronized and running opposite speeds or one off and one on or one idling and one pulsing is the multicontroller.

You would use the smaller magnet holders.
