Flow Question

I have a H. Crispa that i just bought a short while ago.

I put him in the tank, he grabbed onto the flor and within a day opened up very nicely. at that point, he had little to no flow around him.

after i was sure he was stuck good, i turned my powerhead on, not aimed at him or anywhere near him, but hes getting flow enough to make his tentacles sway, but not to where its knocking him aroumd.

he has contracted considerably since i did this, so my question is, do they like much flow?

from the return(mag 5) and 2 hydor koralia 2s.

my understanding is a whole lotta flow is best. Heres a video of one in the wild but I dont think this much flow is needed.
