ok i just got 2 acro frags and one birdsnest frag for my 2 year old mixed reef. right now they get a good blast from a maxijet 1200 with a hydor rotating head about every 5 seconds. is this enough flow for them, or do i need to add somthing else? thanx for your time. forgot tank is a standard 29 gallon.

Sounds pretty good. Keep an eye on them - make sure their polyps are moving every few seconds or so. As they grow, if things shield them from the flow over time - you may need to readjust.
