Folded brain bite damage

I was feeding fish tonight and a piece of mysis shrimp landed on my wellso folded brain and I watched as an algae blenny went after the shrimp and took a piece of the coral. The coral immediately deflated that section. I'm assuming the coral can survive that, but just wanted to check. It was a small bite, but I saw the hole right before the brain deflated.

The biggest pain about feeding LPS is the fish who rob from them. Best to feed at lights out if posible.

I usually feed my lps at night when the fish are asleep. Even so, I feel shrimp are the big evil. They will plunder the gut sack of freshly fed polyps. Stick their claws in right through the mouth and yank stuff out. I no longer keep any shrimp in my tank.

Second that..

Curious, how do you feed coral like frogspawn at night? They retract all their polyps. Watched my Melanurus steal from it today during feeding.
