Food for your fish and sps dominated system??

I'm interested in your experienced opinions on what fish foods have worked while keeping a healthy sps dominated reef. For the last several years, I've used Ocean Nutrition Formula One Flake Food. All of my fish eat it up (Four orange anthias, hippo tang, yellow tang, kole tang, two clown fish). Usually once to twice per week I feed the fish a frozen mysis cube and a nori sheet. All of my fish look very healthy, are very active.
I'm amazed at the amount of detritus at the bottom of my tank, even with what I consider very good flow (I probably should put a power head on or near the bottom rear of my tank). I have zero, undetectable nitrates.
In the past, I've used Alston's home made batch of frozen food and the fish really loved it. One feeding side affect that I have is that my system is in my office. When I'm away my staff would prefer not to feed anything frozen.
What do you feed your fish?

the only thing i feed right now is formula one pellet. i was feeding frozen but was getting some pest growth, so i stoped. My fish look great, and the pellets sink so i dont pump them into the filters before its eaten.

I try to feed NSW pellets but my fish don't really care for it too much. My chromis avoid it all together.

I'll usually do two feedings a day, first with formula one flake, and the second with well rinsed PE mysis

If you want food for your sps, try CORAL FRENZY. I started feeding this to my tank twice a week and the corals have started grwing more than they ever have and I am actually getting PE during the day.

I feed a mix of MiniMysis, Pe Mysis, Rods Reefs, Cyclops, Acrtic Pods, Pellets, Nori, and live food for the angler in the frag tank (until I can ween him onto stick feeding).

I also add Oyster Feast.

I feed fresh squid and the sushi wrap stuff exclusively. One half a sheet a day takes the fish bout 5 minutes to gobble down and some finely chopped squid for the copperband. The rest get their share stealing from the copperband and they all graze constanty. All fish poop is eaten at least 100 times. Couple of times a week I may drop in a fresh frozen steamer clamb or two just to liven things up. Oh and i feed the anenomes every couple of weeks some chopped squid. Been using this routine for years. Also rotate rocks from dark spot in sump to suppliment sponge for the Angels.

I feed alot. NLS pellets (both large/medium size grains), half nori sheet, black worms 1 tablespoon scoops, 3 cubes of PE mysis per day. My fish poop feed my corals. Both are happy.

I feed flake and NLS pellets occasionally. I feed frozen mysis, newly hatched brine shrimp and cyclopeaze as the primary staple foods in my tank. I occasionally fortify my food with selcon.

As a treat I occasionally feed my fish fresh fish roe. Fish roe is incredibly nutritious and I've hardly had a fish that didn't go nuts over it. Can't recommend it enough. Try going to an asian market for it of a good fish market.

rogers reef food

World Wide Corals (143gadgets specifically) reccomended this to me a couple weeks ago and my corals are loving it. Some of the more pale looking acros have started to color up for me.

Like Rod's, a word of caution, like any change in this reef hobby. Go slow! My tank wasn't ready for the nutrients and I'm seeing some macro growth.

I make a mix of brine, baby brine, clams or squid, mysis, marine cuisine, krill, cyclopeez, nori, emerald entree , AA and zooplankton. Then melt it all on RODI water, rinse it well, blend if needed, put it freezer bag and freeze it. All my fish go crazy for it and all my corals like it as well, even my clams give a feeding response. I also feed Formula 2 and Prime Reef flakes mixed together when I dont feed the frozen food, 2-3 times a week.

Just got my pack of Roggers Reef Food. This stuff is a lot cleaner then the Rods i was using. I think I'm going to switch to just feeding this stuff exclusively, twice a day.

I've fed NLS pellets exclusively for the last 4-5 months. Different sizes mixed, so all the fish get the right size. My fish haven't looked better to tell you the truth. My clownfish just spawned, so it must be doing something for them. :)

What exactly does cleaner mean........?

I get a little tuperware cup (holds like 3oz maybe) and put some RO/DI water in there, then brake off a chunk of frozen food, let it thaw and mix together, and use this for the next few days to feed the tank.

When I used to put Rod's food in there with the RO/DI water, the whole mixture used to turn REALLY dark...I couldn't even see the food though the dark murky water. I mixed Roggers food in there today and the water stays clear. Doesn't get murky at all.
