For Christina, my new clowns/LTA ;)

I recently transferred my 29 over to a 33 cube -- mainly for an anemone. Was going to try a Haddoni, but the one that I got didn't fair to well -- was with me for about 4 days. So, I decided to get an LTA from an LFS.

First, here is a FTS of the tank. The stand to the right of the tank is holding the sump -- wouldn't fit under the stand of the cube, and I didn't want to make a new one. The light is a Current Sunpod 250 14 DE.

I picked up the LTA on Saturday, by Sunday it was fully settled in -- though I am still playing with the powerheads to keep it happy. I was feeding my other anemones last night, and thought I would see if the new guy would eat. To my shock it ate very very quickly.

As expected, the clowns haven't paid any attention to it -- which is fine with me, will give the LTA more time to settle in and maybe get a bit bigger.

Here are the new guys -- SI Percs.

Them acting all sad because I was taking a picture and not feeding them -- god they are pigs.

:lol: thank you ..you know my love for ltas. I've made that quite clear lol. Very nice ..I like ..is it purple, with a green highlights in person or is it your lights?

Yes I do know your love for them. And after you "told" me to post pictures it surely didn't take me long to make this thread. But, I like them too--- second only to Haddonis.

I would say that the color in the pictures is pretty close to how it looks in real life. But to me it is more green with purple highlights. It should be interesting to see what colors it ends up with once it fully settles in. My lights are stronger then the LFS's, I normally have window screening over the tank, but took it off for the pictures.

Sweet clowns too, I wish I could have clowns like that but I don't think the chrys would like them. I know hubby won't let me set up another tank.

Thanks. And for the first time ever, I used a QT from the get go, though I was bad and only had them in there for 10 days.

Yea, I think your chrys's wouldn't be too happy.

See, there is one advantage to being divorced, I can set up at many tanks as I want.

Nice nem and clowns. Did you get the percs from L.A.? If yes, were they D.D. or just from the L.A. site?

Yep, I did get them from LA, and they were in the DD section. I don't see SI percs all that often.

Hello miss Kim, been a while. Thanks, I am really happy with it. And oddly enough when I bought it I really didn't notice the color. I was more concerned about its foot being healthy (( and that it wasn't bleached ))
