FYI DA has posted the V1.10 firmware (supports the net module on the RKL as well as improves the menu funtions and adds some additional stuff) will release tomorrow. This an FYI only, and not for controller debate.

If anyone needs help or has a problem updating, drop me a PM and I am glad to help.

is there an ETA of this firmware release, would like to flash my 2 RKL's? Its very vauge and says Friday afternoon.

Normally I would say call them, But In DA's case that usually gives you more heartburn and that's based on my personal experience only. Others may have better luck getting through to them on the Tele.

 I was hopeing to get it before I head to my dads tonight to flash his controllers. I guess afternoon to them means evening ;) they will prob delay it again.

and it looks like people are already having problems with it. Quite a shame. I really like the DA work (apparently more so then everyone who has been complaining, maybe I've not been around long enough), but they seem to be seriously lacking QA on releases. I'll be holding off for a while.

people aren;t "Having Probelms". Ther are some isolated thigns reported. I see the same thing happen over the other side too. Nature of the beast. I upgrade. zero problems to report.

Rick, do you have a net module for any of them? If so, make sure you update the web page first before flahsing the firmware. Let me know if you need help.

Sweet... thanks for the headsup, Andy.

I will have to look into it a little more, but I may just take my NET module to work with me and play around on Monday after work. :)

Andy, no net module for them. I did just flash one and after flashing I plugged it in and only get a flashing amber led on the power bar. Headunit powers up and says 01.10 and then some 0's flash by. It then goes to the main display screen and every 45 seconds 3 audiable beeps are heard. just doing this in a loop? what's up?

BTW, their site withthe download now says "[File pulled for a few minutes... updating a few small reported bugs.]"

There was a corruption in the net module firmware file during comopiling the build....I experienced it. They are fixing.

As for your issue, did you flash the PC4 and all other modules to 200 as well?

Ok, all modules need to be updated. v200 for the modules, v1.10 for the head unit. Remember to flash them unconnected to the system (and powered off for the PC4).

ALso, a factory reset is required after updating.

Keep an eye Rick. DA is stating to reset. Might only be needed for adding the net moduile, but kust keep an eye.
