Found A Frag Of Hot Pink Birdsnest **PICS**

I have never seen hot pink birds nest at SITC but good ol Marcye had some today.

So I picked the frag up, even though its so small

Marcye & I agree that it was not as happy under 20k as it could be so we shall see what the color does over the next 90 days. It sure isn't looking it best right now since its only been in the tank 5 minutes.

It looked VERY washed out at SITC. I look forward to what this thing could look like in the future....... once it colors up.

Anyone see the clapping hands?

At this point its the only colony I own. Everything else in my tank are all frags.

And just for kicks some before & after pics I was just looking through.

I just got this one too,from a established tank.

its a nice size about 9 inches

a front view ,its around the top right middle area

here's a piece from one single stem at half inches to now(2 month old)in my 175 half round

its only about 2 1/2 inches with tons of new branches

My man Laz...with all those beautiful tanks...you have got to get a camera!!! After coming to your house, and drooling all over so many absolutely fabulous reefs, I cry when I see a picture of your stuff. The pics don't even get close to the incredible views in person.

Oh, and that frag looks like the Nathan's Green Millepora from ORA. Looks like it's doing fantastic for you! One of my favorites!

They are doing great! Funny thing is the blue tort was 100% blue when I got it from you. But after a stay in my tank it developed a green base like the ORA blue tort.

Strange eh?

Here it is about a two months ago when I first got it. (no flash)

Then right about a month ago it started turning green (with flash)

And today

Decent growth & PE for a tort
