okay maybe not, but it looks like one. I think my sea anemonies may have reproduced and I caught a larval stage. Thats my theory, what do you think?

See if you can capture it and put it in a fuge or specimen tank.
It would be cool to see what it evolves into.

It could also be the swimming (or "medusa") stage of a hydroid. I lost some Dwarf Seahorses to these things before I realized what was going on (they're harmless to the larger Seahorse species). They came in with baby brine shrimp I was hatching and feeding. The cure was Panacur, a dog worming drug -- but I have no idea if it's safe with corals.

Cool find. I can't tell for sure from the pictures , but I expect George is correct about it being the medusa stage of a hydroid.

I don't see any patches of hydroids, but that doesn't mean much. I just saw 3 sea urchins in my tank last night. I never added a sea urchin to my tank...

Those surprises are one of the thinks I like about live rock. You never what is going to show up :)

It's a jellyfish ephyra, feed it live artemia and it will grow into a jellyfish. If you can put it on a flat surface and photograph it from the top I may be able to identify the species for you. If you have one it means you have a polyp in their which is strobulating so expect to see more.
