Found bristle worms and mystery things

I was moving some rock around today in my reef and found my first bristle worm. I start moving other rock and found these little white cacoon type things. They all have a small hole at the tip where a small polyp type thing comes out. Anyone know what they are? Thanks

Edit: I found out what they are.
Any suggestions on removing the worms?

Sponges?

As for the worms.. There are some fish and inverts that eat them, but they're not necessarily a bad thing to have in your tank. They're sand sifting detrivores.

Sound like small feather dusters to me. I have a few in my tank too.

Bristle Worms are great scavengers that are Reef Safe. Fire worms however eat coral. 99 percent of the time its bristle worms. These guys are crazy eaters you usually have to be feeding alot to get a large population of them. Try not feeding as much or cleaning your sand really well, they will thin out.
