Found this crab in my sps

I believe it killed my maxima clam and was knawing on my Ora purple poc colony

I think gorilla but not sure?

I hate to kill but is it a sump or toilet?

Nice. Used to get HH acro crabs all the time; not so much anymore. I guess the sellers have wised up and realized they can sell them separately.

EFC in Milford had a few in a recent shipment. I dipped them out and took em home. They still come in within the shipments I see. Love the little zoro mask bandits!

Well that's a bit rude lol. As stated he put it in the sump which is what many of us livestock lovers do. Not everything is meant to be killed and serves a purpose in the sump IMO.

He never asked to be put in a box full of water far away from his origin. Put him in the sump to live out his life.

Gorilla Crabs are very cool creatures. I agree with the post above me, he never asked to be placed in the tank far away from where he is from. Catch him, find a place for him like the sump and let him be just another cool feature. I loved to watch mine and he loved feeding time. He never messed with anything but would come out and snatch a mysis and go back in his hole before I caught him and put him in the sump....
