Fowleri tang question

I had dussimeri before, I like its temperament but not the color. Fowleri seems too be more colorful and should get along with my only tang in the tank which is a Achilles. Anyone have experience with them

Mine is currently housed with an Achilles and they do pretty well. He's got a great personality and good color.

Mine is very timid in QT. I'm glad there is another fish in there with him... it seems to give him a little more confidence.

Floweri Tangs are very docile and not aggressive. Just make sure to do quarantine for flukes and internal parasites. So hopefully the store treats their livestock with Prazi or do freshwater dips. I have sold many of those guys in the past when I had a fish store and for some reason livestock out of Bali tend to come in with flukes.

I pick up great looking one today but I also pick up large scribble angel and my qt is full I even kick the Achilles out of qt, so my friend is taking this beauty maybe next time.

The male true personifer is nice too but its 10" and its sold.

False = C. meredithi

True = C personifer

True's come from west Australia and typically develop a black stripe in the tail. False come from east Australia.
