Thanks for hosting the swap G..
I will be down setting up a tank with one of my buddy. Gonna bring some zoas and lots of acans.

Should we bring our own tables for the swap or stands etc? I plan on bringing a 20L with light and water. I figure we should all bring our own water maybe? I don't know.

So far, here's the list we will bringing and there will be more too!!

ZOAS:
Woodstocks (3-4 polyp) - These are in high demand, can be reserved, and will go fast. Text (585)905-eight0one4 to reserve your frag.

True Armor of Gods
Intense Green people Eaters
Orange Bam Bams
Whammin' Watermelons

SOFTIES:
Awesome Pulsing Xenia
6"-7" Kenya Tree on rock

SPS:
Firefly Chalice
Porities
and a few others

That's it for right now but there will certainly be more!!

It would be great if folks could bring a stand or table for their selling tanks. We will be making room for folks to set up but tables and space for it is a bit limited. Those of you who plan to bring a tank please touch base with me so I can figure out how much room we need. Thanks

We will have a water treatment and purification professional visiting and answering any RO DI questions you all may have.

G-I will be bringing a 20L, table or stand, 4 bulb TEK, power strip, and extension cord. I will also be bringing my own, 15 gallons or so, water. I will be coming with a friend of mine and we are sharing the tank to sell from and very much look forward to this!!

To make it easy for G, how about everyone that will be setting up a tank post a definite list of stuff you'll be bringing equipment wise so he can figure out how much space to make available.

I'm only 7 weeks or so into this hobby and probably won't have frags to trade. Do people also typically sell frags at these events as well?

Absolutely people have frags for sale. The term "fragswap" is a little confusing because, at first, I originally thought that it was like a flea market where people just "swapped" corals. With our Fragswaps, that is not the case. Everyone that brings tanks and setups typically do a little of both selling and trading throughout the day. I would say about 75% selling, 25% trading.

If you are new to the hobby, I strongly encourage you to come to any and all fragswaps because that is where you'll find the best deals on corals, meet great people, and have an all around awesome time. The first swap I went to was at ARC in Buffalo. It was scheduled to start at 2pm and end at 6pm. Well, I got there at 1:30pm and didn't leave until after 7pm. It was an amazing time and I can't wait for our fragswap at ABC!! Come one come all and get excited!! Less than a week away!

SIDE BAR: What time does the swap begin and when can all of us who are bringing tanks to sell from start getting set up? Thanks G!!

I think the swap will start up around noon. We can try to wrap things up around 5. People who want to come early can come at 10am.

I'm psyched! I've got about 50 frags that I plan to bring.

I'll come in by 10 to set up and give everything a chance to open. I probably won't be able to stay until the end.

Don't have anything to bring but I'll definitely be stopping in to look around and probably make some purchases.

Can't wait!

Good to hear man!! I have some woodstocks for you as well if you're still interested. Look for me at the swap and we will work out something for you.

I will be getting there right around 10am as well to let the water warm up and so all of the frags I am bringing will be wonderfully opened for display and for you to take home with you!!

Also this will be my first swap selling/trading and I want to make a quick list of my hard goods and make sure it looks like everything I need.
