Frag Swap: August 27th at ABC Aquarium

Here is my list as of right now but as I gather more frags, I will add to it or just bring them to the swap. I'm getting pretty excited so let's get pumped and have a swap!

I will be there! Unfortanetly I have sold all my frags so will be bringing any. I can't believe I haven't been to G's yet. This is my excuse to finally get out there!
 
I need one last tip from people that have sold at the swaps before please. How do you manage your water? Do you bring some old water from your tank and mix with new at the swap?

I will be using my 20 long as the frag tank so I plan on bringing 20 gallons of water with me. Should I bring 5 gallons of old water from a night before the swap water change and 15 fresh gallons of SW or what? Or should I run just all fresh saltwater in the frag tank for the day?

I typically use only seawater from my system for this type of event

If I only have a 20 gallon DT and I'm using a 20l as my selling tank, would it be possible to do 5 water water changes on my DT and use that water? Or will I be ok using 25% old water and 75% new? How long will the old water last if I put it in buckets with heaters and flow?
 
I'm your case, I might do a 50/50. Make 20 gallons of new sea water, do a 50% change on your DT and mix the 1o frm your DT with what you bring to the swap.

I'm also bringing a 20L and plan to bring 20G with me. I'm going too fill the tank 2/3, and use the remaining as back up.

If I did the 50% WC Friday night before the swap, would the old water spoil by swap time the next day? I would keep flow and heat in it too.
 
I be there, G I can give you a hand if you need anything throughout the day. let me know if you need me to come early to help with anyhting.

-One 2 head frag and two 6-8 head frags of frogspawn
-I have a number of tricolor acro frags, all encrusted and multiple branches
-I have 2- half dollar size frags of water melon like chalice, does not have the green eye.
-couple frags of "sunset" Zoo's, bright orange center, yellow rim.
-two frags of chalice, similar to alien eye.

I have thread started and am planning on bringing Pink Pulsing Xenias and am going to give them away to who ever wants them, for free.
If ya wanna trade something thats cool if not and you just want one thats cool with me!!!
So how should i go about bringing them? just put them all in a 5 gallon bucket with 3 to 4 gallons of my water and bring them like that?
some will be mounted some will not be.
How long will they live in a bucket of water with a heater? So if i put them in it and leave from my house will they live for 3 or 4 hours no problem to make it back to other peoples homes?

o and i have a 5 soon to be 6 headed highlighter green(color) candy coral that id like to trade!! If you want to see any pics let me know. Figure its worth around $20-$25ish so any trade around that range :-)
 
anyone have a white or 50/50 powerbrite they can lend or even sell? I have two blues and the color is pretty washed out, need some white! I have two with power supply, so a non-powered is fine as long as there is a jumper cable :)

Couple things here,can someone post the actual address,it would be useful for gps.

I've got to be back in syracuse by 3:30pm to pick my mother-in-law up at the airport whitch means Ive got to cut out of rochester by 1:30pm.

If the time frame works and anyone interested I have a few frags to trade or sell.

Purple deaths-25polyps/2 frags avali. 25$ ea. or trade
Nuke greens - 25polyps/1 frag avail. 25$ or trade

I'd also love to get some forestfire/superman digi. I had some that died suddenly a long time ago, and haven't come across it again since.
 
All of my Woodstock frags are spoken for but I can frag again the night before the swap. If anyone is interested in additional frags, I can make 2 very freshly cut and mounted 2-4 polyp frags for you. Let me know through PM or text (585)905-eight0one4!!

I will also have some candy apple reds too as well as a few frags of orange bam bams. Both will go quick though I believe so get there early!!

One more day!! Can't wait to see everyone there. How many sellers does it look like we will have?
