Just show up to one of our meetings.
There is no dues. We are informal group without officers. We just get together and have a good time once a month.

The next one is at Aquarium Designs in Birmingham on Saturday July 29th. We go to Chattanooga Frag Swap in lieu of August meeting. September meeting should be at 8Ball's house.

Whup! - Conflict! - my landlady just told me the frag swap is the same weekend as the "world's longest yard sale on highway 127". We had been talking about going this year.

Yard Sales happen every weekend... Frag Swaps don't.....

Keep me posted H@rry, since I have you down for a table.

Brandon

Thanks for the heads up Harry. There will always be some extra space if you change your mind last minute.

I am for sure going to the frag swap, but not sure yet on going down to B'ham. What time will it be and do we all just meet there? Don't think I'll recognize anyone yet since I havn't met anyone

It starts at 1:00 p.m. You will see someone rounding us up into a room around 1:00 p.m. One of AD staff is supposed to give us a talk that day. You can just show up.

How do fragswap work here? Do you guys look/search for the frags at the meeting and decide to swap or you work out the fragswap days prior to the meeting and arranged ahead of the time? Is there a seperate frag swap thread to see who has what available?

There will be alot of people with tanks, pre bagged corals with pictures, people will have them all different ways... for those that are setting up tables the doors will open an hour early so they can get everything setup and take a look around, before having to manage their own table.

Usually cash is the what is swapped. Just to give you an idea I plan on selling all my corals for $10 Zoanthid frags mainly, and a few LPS if I get time to frag them up.

Everyone will have different stuff for sell.

Thanks for the info. Sounds good. Is there a cost to set up the table to sell frags? I will try to make it to the fragswap. Looking forward to meet you guys.

Ther is no charge to setup a table or to enter the event...

If you want to setup a table to sell though please PM me if you can before hand... we will leave a few extra tables setup for those who decide to sell at last minute, but don't want to clutter the room any more than needed with a bunch of tables.

The only things we are charging for are the raffle tickets and the fragging demo, So please remeber to buy those raffle tickets...

See you there.
Brandon

Guess what? - my landlady reconsidered and decided to let me come after all.

Brandon, please put me back on the list. Thanx
