It's not a definite that GC won;t be there this time. I'd contact Tom and see if they can work it out for you to pick up on Saturday. If they can make it to the swap, you could have him bring it and pick it up there. We should know whther or not they can make it by the second week in January...

Richard, I'll have 30 frags to sell or trade. What time will the club tank be ready? I don't want to arrive before the tank is set up, but also want to get there early to allow the coral a bit of time to recover before noon. Thanks.

Gary says 9:00 AM for those selling corals, dry goods, etc. to get set up. No one will be allowed in early unless they need to get set up!
We have a 50 tub for the club to use...I will be making a 2X4 stand for it to sit on, and a light hanger, and a light. We will bring premixed saltwater with us along with heaters, powerheads, etc. You will be responsible for bringing your own bags and rubberbands. We need someone to be in charge of getting it to the swap and bringing it back as my vehicle is not large enough for it to fit.

Andy Harvey says he can bring all the equipment up, can anyone bring everything back? It will probably not fit in a car, but will fit in a truck or SUV.

See you guys there...
we are bringing a 20H with eggcrate rack, powerhead, heater, and light. If you want to sell your corals from our tank, be sure to bring bags, rubber bands, etc. The tank will be set up and running by 10:30 AM or so.
