There will be club tables for NTRC, WTMRAC, ETRC, LMAS, Chattanooga, SEASL, NARC. Any other clubs need a table?

Check the list above and if you want a table and don't see your name, please let me know. Setup on 1/19 will start at 8:00 am.

Please make sure you bring all supplies you need -- including extension cords, etc. We'll have some stuff there, but it is always better to be safe than sorry

Also, the power availability at the site is okay -- everything worked fine last year. I don't think it could handle a ton of juice, though, so keep the halides and monster heaters to a minimum

The entryway will be on the left side this year. The middle doors will not be open during the swap, but will be open for setup.

Those are beams. The power in the middle will be run via extension cords from the walls that we will tape down.


Oh, and if people want to change their position, name, or have other requests, I can still do some shuffling.

if you need 1/2 table, I think that I am the only one at LMAS bringing anything, and I'll just have two coolers..no tank.

I don't mind sharing with anybody who can put up with this old guy. Just be sure and send someone around to collect my table fee.

Dave~ I don't think anyone from the ETRC besides Art and Chris will be bringing much to set up at our table... I plan to only do presales/trades, so I won't be needing the table for much... You're more than welcome to use the table... So long as theres a little room left over, I'm sure you've presold quite a bit...

On second thought I am going to be bringing stuff but no tank. Only a pic of pre bagged items in a cooler so I will need a small corner table. Anyone want some free tulip anemonies?

I will post pics of the few things I am bringing tonight and see if I can just pre sell them so I may not even need a table. I don't mind paying for a spot I just am sorry I am obligating so late in the game and messing up the layout.
