Frag Swap updates and official Location
The official location is
964 June Road, Memphis, Tn.
966 is the address upstairs that we can spill over to if we need to
Very easy to find, just a short drive from I-240 and Poplar loop
Behind Wendy's, two story white building with a big for lease sign on the top. The day of the event I'll have a sign on the corner with an arrow. I'll try to get some blue balloons to put on the street sign.
The location will be very good for our layout. I will ask that once anyone selling is set up to move their car to the side of the street to open up parking for shoppers.
I will be in contact with all who has asked for a table by email to give you any important info. We are trying to see if we can still set up on Friday. Please see that I have your email if you are planning on having a table.

This year is much bigger. We have 17 tables that sellers will be at. So I hope everyone is getting excited.

If you can get in the night before, can some of us out of towners set up the nght before? Just takes some of the stress off (of me, if not the coral).

There will also be a club tank for current members to put in up to 5 of their own frags to sell. As well as tables for dry goods and equipment. so if you are a current member paid up on dues then you can use the club space to try and sell your items at.

All my time has been focused on getting people there to sell and collecting raffles.............so as of now There is no official schedule.
www.Reef-Nutrition.com is doing a frag demo and there has not been a time set for that.

Feel free to make a schedule any help is apperciated

Hi guys,

I'm an MTRC member and I think we're going to try to make the trip out for the swap. We'll definitely need a table as we are going to be selling off a bunch of stuff from a 270 that we are taking down (we have to move and we're taking it as an opportunity to go a new direction with the tank...without risking everything in the move).

I'll e-mail glitzyone about the table.

I see above you are talking about the schedule and allowing people in on the night before. Any idea about when the swap will start and when we might be able to set-up the day of (I'm not 100% sure we'll be able to make it between 4-8 the night before). I'm not trying to push, just trying to get a general plan and determine if we need/want to get a hotel room instead of driving in and out on the same day.

I am still waiting to hear from Richard for the confirmation that we can still get in on Friday. And I need to double check the earliest we can get in on Sat as well. I am hoping about 7am. I'll check my email and send you a simple info sheet to fill in and return. Once I get all the info finalized I'll email all that has requested tables with any last minute info
