Fragging Workshop

I don't have a diamond disk, but I will put it on my list of things to get, and it might come up before august

I'm def down and what Charlene said ur friend ship and how you put your knowledge and arms fully extended out there for the people that need help your always willing to help. I know I've asked some weird and some stupied questions and u always help. Awesome to have people like you in this club just want to say thanks for bending over backwards for us :)

I should be off work that Saturday, so please sign me up! Either way, I will commit my $25 even if I cant make it.

A few things to add

You will need safety items, if you use them, goggles & gloves. Please bring frag plugs and what you may need to transport home.

I will have paper towels, some back up supplies, and set up holding tanks.
Anything else check with Chris.

As we get closer and get an accurate count, I will need to ask for heaters.
I will able to show my temporary frag rack systems:dance:
:dance::bounce3::uhoh3:,just :love2: the icons

i will also be bringing a ten gal tank with filters, heaters and a pump with my reef water, so that we have the least amount of animal stress:)

Chris, please explain to others why you want to have the corals early.
If possible could you take a pic of anything you find. This way it will expose others to what to look for.

Missy, beautiful job on the set up of the thread:wave:

I am not sure if I am understanding this question properly but, let me answer this to the best of my ability...

I would like the get the corals early because I would like to have substantial time in case of any shipping issues. In addition to the shipping I would like time for a health and pest inspection because I am looking into a deep water colony that will not be able to be dipped. It is my experience that the animals need time to recover from shipping before being fragged therefore, they need some time in a tank, not a box.

I will be more than happy to update everyone with pictures of arrival and quarantine or if people want these to be a surprise please, let me know! Another group decision I think? Input please!! :)

This workshop will by no means be an easy feat however, I believe in the end it will all be worth the efforts!

I would not be able to detect a coral that is infected or possibly disease without being educated what to look for such as flatworms. You would be able to spot these problems and know what to do fix or pass it up.

As far what to get or being a surprise its still early.

I know there is alot for you do but I want to learn so DELEGATE:uzi:

gotcha ,thats no prob. everyone will know whats going on and when. so far alot interested so we should have a great time. the more willing to buy in the better it will be:) but i to am very exited:celeb1:
