Fragswapper Etiquette

NEWBIE here asking a question about fragswapper:

Looking and prepping for the next swap. If someone has a coral you want and it has a "value" then is that the price they are asking or is that to judge for an approximate "trade" value ?

This is probably an idiot question but I'm gonna ask it anyway.

YES.

It's the price you'd expect to pay if you had cash, but also gives you an idea of what the "trade" value would be. Some people go straight off that number for trading, but others are very flexible.

But to be honest it's been my experience that there are very few straight trades! Usually somebody pays you cash for your stuff then you pay cash for somebody elses stuff. It still winds up being a "swap", but indirectly! It can sometimes be tough to find somebody that has something you want and wants something you have!

Not an idiot question at all.yea the price listed is what the seller wants for the piece but sometimes a seller will take a trade for it if you have something they want.you can email them by clicking on the button in the ad and ask any questions about the piece.if you want it and it is available then click on the request button

Thank you very much. Thats what I "thought" but just wanted to make sure. I see some Zoas I want to add to my tank and didn't want to mis-lead someone.
