This one has proven to be a hard one to capture under blue lights it looks very nice and orange but hard for me to take the pic. When taken under 20k lighting it looks more peachy tan than orange but you get the idea.
The challenge for me continues to be fish. I can't seem to get that razor sharp look I see others get. And I would love to get that black background I see some others create. Any tips would be great. Thanks for looking

The best tip I can give you for darker backgrounds is to stop down your aperture. Somewhere around f/11 or f/13 may work best to get a nice dark background. HOWEVER, this means that you almost certainly will need an off camera flash in order to freeze the fish motion. Get a flash you can sync up to 1/250 of a second, f/13 and ISO wherever it needs to land. Hope that helps.
