So both the ceramic shaft on my mag 3 and my q1 3000 snapped today after a short power outage

If anyone has a replacement close to south Miami or knows a place to get one call me at 13054913766 or email me at Parisibb@tmo.blackberry.net

I called the 3 major shops near me with no luck, hopefully felow club members can lend a hand

still no luck... i hit up all the LFS within 10 miles of my place... i have a 120gph pump pumping water around in the display but nothing in the sump/fuge area... and i am now having trouble finding one online dealer that has both of these items so that i can order them all from one place...

same thing happed to me a while ago , my lfs had them in stock
if you r still in a bind for tomorrow it's tanks a lot in west palm
and yes it's a drive ! no i'm not shure if it will help

you can try bigals also, they always seem to have decent amt in stock, rios, eheim, quiet ones and mags

i think both beverlys and bigals closes at 9

I suggested Beverly's b/c its off turnpike... quicker and easier to get to...

well then again not at this time. 7:28 = traffic hr@!

ordered them off big als online... hopefully they wont take too long... if anyone close to me has a pump laying around i can agitate the surface with i would appreciate it...

on a bright note... i found what was causing my nitrates and my algae bloom... i took the chance to clean my loc-line and stuff while the pump was broken and inside i found 3 astrea snail shells... so apparently they crawled in before i put the nozzles on and because they were still alive they didnt make any noise when i shook it before putting the nozzles on... so i got the shells with the rotting flesh inside and dropped them in my sump.. there are far more pods and LR (therefore beneficial bacteria) in there to breakdown the flesh... man did they stink...

oh well i already ordered the phosban reactor... thatll be a backup to make sure the algae cant come back...
