Free pearl watchman goby to a good home

I've got a pearl watchman goby here that I need to get rid of. He's 3-4 inches, and healthy. Getting rid of him because he sand sifts in my tank quite a bit, white makes my tank cloudy. Shouldn't be an issue as long as you don't have high flow/sugar sized sand (like me).

Preference goes to those with bigger/nicer tanks; he had a good home, so I want to keep the little guy happy =D

Yeah, I got pretty frustrated with him. You wouldn't believe how I caught him. I tried with the net, over and over.. lured him to the top, swoop down, nothing. I ended up using a little size 12 hook, with a piece of nori....:cool:

Hey Ray is your goby the same as a Diamond back goby? I just added one to my tank and think I might need two, one for each side of the tank.

Wow, thats the first time I actually heard someone fishing with a hook, I always didnt take that seriously when people were posting about hooking fish.

Yeah, I read a few posts about it, and decided it was the only route I could go to get him out (short of tearing apart the tank). It was a bit tough to divert all the other fish away from the nori, and it took quite a few tries. I finally hooked him though (while cackling hysterically).

I might have to move on to groupers... he didn't give me much of a fight.
 
I don't see a problem in having no water. I think he's similar to one of those African mudskipper things ;)
 
I guess I'll sweeten the deal a bit:

The new owner of this magnificent goby will receive an ultra rare giant frag of the much coveted Limited Edition Burnt Sienna Chocolate Mocha Waving Hand Coral (aka Xenia). I went diving with Tyree for this; absolutely positively one of a kind.

my clownfish swim into the net everytime it goes into the water =( it is so easy to get them out. dumb fish, or smart fish... they might be making it easier on themselves.
 
They love sand, not really to dig a lot but I believe it makes them feel comfortable.. My 5 incher actually feeds from the water column and not in the sand... You can use PVC pipes for homes for him...
