In the CORA forum someone was saying that their inline TDS meter was reading 000 while this one was reading 25 (or something). Which one do you think is right?.... somethings are free for a reason....

I would find a way to validate the results before buying new filters.

Got one of the inline reading ones from the 2 part buy and checked it against this one. at low readings they are about equal but at the higher readings there is more of a difference in readings. both units read in 3 places (ie 127,350, 000). The purity checker that is on my spectrapure RO?DI unit can be switch selected to measure various levels of conductivity which is all a TDS meter basically is. So my plan is to have the inline monitor source and RO output and have the purity checker set on the lowest range and monitor the final output from the DI

i got mine. talk about time for a replacement. my tap is reading 110, and after ro/di 204. ouch. i knew it was getting a little old, but geez.

Got mine today, tap water was 176 RO/DI was 005 with 2-3 year old filters. Is that even possible???

yeah, your tap water isn't super bad so your filters will last longer

Holy cow 735?

Even the best/new membranes are going to leave you with 14 or so ppm.

You maybe ahead to collect rain water.

Hanna as well as a few other companies make TDS meter calibration fluid.
