Free tear drop clam...but may not live?

I've had a teardrop clam with pinched mantel that I've been nursing for 4 weeks. I've treated it with antibiotics and done freshwater dips but he's not getting any better (but not getting worse either).

Either way, I need to get him out. Someone can come pick him up and hope for the best or I'm feeding him to the cats for Sunday night dinner :frog:
