Friend trying to sell base rock

I have a buddy trying to sell some base rock on craigslist and told him I would put the link on here. I believe the rock was live up until a few months ago, maybe more. I would probably recommend a muriatic acid bath or just a bleach and sun treatment just to kill off any other remaining bacteria. You may just be able to throw it back in water and start a new cycle though. We used a bunch of this on our 200 gallon build at work. He has approximately 180 lbs left .
