What type of air pumps are you using, what brand and cost. Im trying to by some as well and wanted to know which ones people are using. I def want to use the ones that kick on when power goes out.

That's a great idea for any regional club.

One thing that might help, too, for UPS's is someone just outside the blackout zone serving as re-charge for those inside, trading about UPS's until the emergency is past.

Get an inverter for your car and you won't need to buy a generator. Inefficient, but will work fine to run your pumps etc in case of long power outages.

That is a really good idea - never thought about that. Just run an extension cord to the house from my car if needed.

Then, not only do I have to worry about my tank, but someone driving off with my car!
