Frogspawn Bailout

My Frogspawn has been slowly fighting something that is making it bail out polyps. First one dropped about a month ago. Second one looks like it's about to bail. Water parameters and pictures are below. It looks like some algae spots are growing on the skeleton. Could that be the issue?

Temp: 77*
pH: 8.4
Sal: 1.024
Mg: 1200
Ca: 320
DkH: 7.6

that could be a culprit... do some water changes quickly and get those back to the normal range and you should see a result... just give the coral some consistency... thats what they like.

+1 for likely a ca and mag issue. Shoot for ca around 420 and mag 1300-1350. Alk is ok but don't let it go any lower. Algae is growing on skeleton because it can, not causing polyp bailout.

If you haven't already done so, use a check standard on your refractometer, since the big three are all a little low.
