frogspawn coral

T5 is fine for frogspawn. Of course it depends on the type of lighting (individual reflectors, bulbs, etc) and the placement in the tank. Can you give us more details?

When I had my 20 gallon high it was very low in the tank with a 4 bulb T5 fixture. It thrived well. Like others said, how many T5's do you have and what is your tank size? Is it taller or shallow? Two bulbs can grow low light demanding corals like mushrooms, but with decent bulbs and reflectors you can get away with some lps at the top of your rockwork.

theres only 2 bulbs with reflectors...its a 50 gallon tank and i was going to put the frogspawn on top of the live rock so it would be about 10 to 12 inches from the bulbs...its a big piece of frogspawn with 10 + heads on it

i originaly baught it for my freshwater tank for my plants thats why i didnt buy a big bulb setup because i didnt even have a SW tank at the time so corals were obviously not in my planning lol

ive had a frogspawn in my 55g for about a week now that is very healthy. Im only running a dual t5 HO setup so my frogspawn is sitting at the top of my rock work under the more intense light

I am however upgrading to quad t5 HO at the end of this month so ill have to do some coral rearrangement then but so far so good on 2

They're quite fond of crushed krill. Get some Tetra Jumbo Dried Krill and crush it up, toss in. Fish and corals alike love it.
