frogspawn trouble

looking at this frogspawn in my tank, can anyone give me some input on what needs to be done to get this thing looking better? Everything else in the tank seems to be doing well except for this guy"¦ Water quality is good, it's under 2 radion XR 15 pros. Is it getting too much light? too much flow? HELP, please?!

Looks like too much light to me, can you move it into the shade or somewhere with much lower light?

I can move it to an area with lower light, yes. Is it okay for it to be in an area that is shaded by another coral or live rock? I also have an MP40 in the tank(90 gallon) what kind of flow is desirable for frogspawns?

Just enough so it wiggles

I keep mine in low/moderate flow, dead flow areas are bad for them and they like to sway in the breeze. Some of mine get pretty good flow and really open up.
