Have a long way to go to finish this build lots of equipment needed and a lot of cabinet building still to go. Figured that tank wasn't being moved again so might as well have it up and running

easy... lol just a stand and an unfinished wall atm. who wants to come over and to the fancy trim work I have no clue how to make all that look good.

I'm looking for ideas and suggestions on equipment. I'm all over the place on what I need first. I dont have thousands to throw out in one fell swoop.

What I have running atm for this tank is a
150 gallon sump
aqua C 240 skimmer
iwaki 100 (running 60-70%) will need to be upgraded
2-400 icecap ballasts with 20k
2-250 icecap ballast with 20k
1 mp60
2 mod maxjet 1200 and one normal.

Things I know I need
bigger pump
kalk/calcuim reactor of some sorts
bigger skimmer
better reflectors (400's have the $20 SPIDER ON THEM ATM)
supplemental light's dont know if I should go VHO(have some ballast already)
or diy royal blue/white cree leds dimmable 2:1 ratio
moon lights
another mp60 or 2 mp40 on the other side of the tank(leaning 2 mp40 for better spread on the sides)
phosban reactor

Looking for help on some of this stuff because ive not looked into or bought any equipment for many years. the icecaps were the last thing Ive bought when they released the 400w versions.(so its been awhile) beside the MP60 a few weeks ago.

Well not much done in the last 2 weeks.
I did build two linear strips of rb leds and six moonlights for the tank.

Bored atm and waiting for my potters angel and Red Sea Regal to get here!!!

Well the fish never shipped and ive been waiting a few weeks for them to find replacements. That was disappointing.

I did pick up a new toy though... Came across a used pro-cal calcium reactor. Now I just need to find the right regulator. Dont know if I should just bit the bullet and get the AP electronic regulator or just a standard.

I dont know what i was thinking but ive waited so long for these two fish I hope I dont regret it. they are a little bigger than I was wanting

Got alot done the last 2 weeks... Finished staining and sealing the stand.
Came across a calcium reactor (MTC pro-cal reactor) and got a AP carbondoser.
I will get some new pictures up later.
Still waiting on the doors, should have in a few weeks.

I did buy a SRO-6000 ext skimmer or atleast I thought I did
Got a great deal on it and after waiting 3 weeks for it I finally called to find out what was going on. Turns out his supplier wont get them in until late april. He offered to refund me or I can wait. So this gives me time to reflect on my choice of skimmers.

Anyone have any input on skimmers for around $600-$700 that will run a 600 gallon system would be great.

Have you noticed any empty hermit crab shells or snails missing? I ask cause I once had a Tusk like yours and he went to town on them. Every single one lol! But stunning fish thou good luck with him

its all skinned in oak.
Ill get some pictures of the equipment room once I get it cleaned up and finished.

Upgrading the main feed pump as soon as I figure out the manifold. Replacing an Iwaki 100 with a hammerhead gold. The iwaki is way to small to be feeding my 200g and the new 300 from the basement
